Leadwork & Flashings
Expert installation of precision leadwork detailing across new build and heritage projects.
Particular attention is given to setting-out, correct detailing lengths, fixings, and allowance for thermal movement to help prevent fatigue, splitting, and staining over time.
Interfaces with masonry, cladding, and roofing finishes are coordinated to achieve clean lines and reliable weathering, with neatly formed steps, chases, and terminations that protect vulnerable junctions while meeting the aesthetic requirements of both contemporary and heritage schemes.
- All works carried out in accordance with the Lead Sheet Association (LSA) Code of Practice by LSTA trained operatives.;
- Bossing, welding, and weathering of bespoke roof and wall areas, flashings, valleys, aprons, and soakers.

Over-Cladding & Refurbishment
Re-roofing and over-cladding solutions for aging industrial buildings.
Each refurbishment is surveyed and developed to suit the existing structure, including load capacity, purlin centres, rooflights, and interface details, so the upgraded envelope performs as intended from day one.
Where required, works can be phased to keep operations running, with careful coordination around access, temporary weathering, and safe removal procedures, delivering a compliant, higher-performing roof build-up that improves thermal efficiency, reduces ongoing maintenance, and extends the asset’s service life.
- Systems designed using Ash & Lacey and other approved metal systems.
- Asbestos roof replacements.
- Enhances insulation, weatherproofing, and roof lifespan with minimal disruption.
