Training, Development & Qualifications
We invest heavily in developing our people through continuous training and nationally recognised qualifications.
- All operatives are either NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified in Roofing Occupations, or working towards certification through our in-house training and upskilling programmes.
- Apprentices and trainees receive ongoing mentoring from experienced supervisors to ensure consistent quality and safety standards.
- Formal manufacturer training delivered via Garland, Sika, Axter, Proteus, Polyroof, Westwood, Alumasc, and Langley.
- Supported by CITB apprenticeship schemes and internal CPD workshops.
- Clear career development routes into supervisory, estimating, and project management roles for motivated tradespeople.
Safety & Compliance
Our workforce operates to the highest safety and professional standards.
- All operatives hold valid CSCS cards and Enhanced DBS certificates, enabling us to work safely within schools, academies, and live operational environments.
- Works are completed in full compliance with Safe2Torch, Work at Height Regulations, and all relevant H&S legislation.
- Regular toolbox talks, audits, and refresher training support a proactive safety culture across all sites.
